My Story, so far...
Hello and thanks for dropping by!
I am a visual artist based in the Mornington Peninsula, Australia, passionately creating modern mosaics, ceramics and sculptures.
As a former busy teacher inspired by learning through creating, I decided to follow my passion and start my career as a sculptor and mosaicist, soon completing a Diploma in Visual Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Sculpture) at Monash University. Since changing careers, I have been inspired by a world of opportunities and have never looked back.
I love COLOUR
I love NATURE
I love IMAGINATION
These three themes/motifs are seen throughout my artwork portfolio. Whether it be larger-than-life objects, playing with colour combinations or utilizing unexpected materials, I have fun conjuring up different visuals and narratives for the viewer.
Everything I create uses the best materials available today and are designed to live inside or outside for years to come.
I happily take private commissions on my mosaic sculptures and murals. You can view some of my previous commissions under the Galleries and Press tabs.
